I have been in the Etsy community for over two months. Everything went well, and I made sales smoothly. I paid much attention to my store and customers and tried my best to satisfy their needs.

My store got suspended all of a sudden. I have no idea what happened or what caused this decision. I am an honest and well-behaved seller. I am 100% sure I did not violate any terms of use. My products also follow the rules on Etsy.

This decision was made by error, apparently. Please review my account and reinstate it. This is not sensible.

Please help me solve this issue. This matter is very important to me.

如果你是七天内店铺被暂停，可以进行店铺申诉。先到店铺后台，找到联系etsy支持，进行申诉，选择邮件方式进行申诉，。

补充说明：如果七天内店铺没有恢复，还没收到邮件回复，可以再追加一份申诉。店铺恢复之后，可以到前台搜索一下产品或者店铺名，如果能搜到，那你的店铺能正常运营啦.

店铺虽然申诉成功了，但也不要放松警惕，etsy会在你出大单的时候多次审核，审核不过的话店铺就凉凉了。大家在做etsy的时候尤其要注意的就是不要被封店铺了。
